Extremely random Gintama sketches that I have created, more or less, recently, and upload now, with my new scanner.
Elizabeth: Random Gintama sketches
1) Shinpachi as the Shinsengumi leader. Nagakura Shinpachi, who our Shinpachi was based on, was a Shinsengumi officer (second unit, after Okita). When Matsudaira retired, Kondo replaced him as the director of the police department. He had to give someone trusted his leadership power, yet choosing Hijikata or Sougo would only start another war between them. So Kondo took his little brother, Shinpachi. Of course it was not connected to Otae, never.
But we know Shinpachi became pretty cool. It’s all about his glasses. Glasses are the soul and he gave his soul to the sunglasses. Now he is handsome and still without a girlfriend.
2) Text: Shinsuke the teddy bear.
Because lovely Matako can hold only a teddy bear. And the kimono? It’s the one that was destroyed, Shinsuke gave it to Matako so she can “throw it away”. Don’t think he’s that cruel and doesn’t care about his people.

4) DJ Zura ft. Sinsuke Boss - “Joui is Joy (Let’s destroy it together)”. In the universe where Takasugi is still a bro, he and Zura recorded a great single, rap + classical shamisen music. Of course Bansai is their producer.

Because he looks like a guy who says “Shit happens”

Elizabeth: Vote for Zura (Katsura)
The real Katsura Kogoro claimed a large role in the establishment of the new Meiji government and was an important politic. And now, when the shogun decided to leave… we know he and Katsura promised to protect each others people, like the real leaders. What can Zura do? Become the prime minister, of course.
Also, Edo’s name was changed to Tokyo when the Meiji started.
7) Text: “This llama looks exactly like you, Gintoki”
Little Zura was a precious kid, still so naive. And he loved all animals. One day he found a llama and decided to take it home because it reminded him of Gin (of course the llama was silver, or albino, if you prefer). Unfortunately, the llama didn’t like Zura that much and ran away, dragging little Zura. This is how he lost his milk teeth.
The llama is based on the real picture. Isn’t it cute?
